Spike likes to sit like a human being... been doing it since he was a puppy.

The camera was on a tripod, actuated by remote control, on auto mode with no flash and these pictures still look like they were taken by a crappy camera. Shit....might as well have been taken by Arnott!! I think it's time for a new camera body.
The reason for the three apparently identical photos is Spike...if you left click your mouse you can see him run from the front door to the living room window on the right.

Well, my neighbor Ron has done it again. Two weeks ago he said "no more lights" and then drove to the States to pick up the freshly added negativity[sic] scene. I love the juxtaposition of the baby Jesus and Santa...and all those candy canes!! A very conflicted message from an obviously confused guy!

This is an excellent example of delicate hoar frost...why you would care...I'm not sure!

It was foggy here this morning and I noticed the beautifully splayed sun rays through my office window. So here, for your dining and dancing enjoyment, is yet another photo of my dog Spike!!

Over the past week or so my neighbor Ben and I built this porch on the front of his house. I think it looks really nice!

After having a near death experience my hibiscus is healthy and happy again. I started this plant from a cutting about 5 years ago and it is one of my favorite exotics.

I've always wanted one of these...kind of shitty to drive but beautiful to look at!!!

Ella is the newest member of my clan and what a little sweetie. I had the whole family over for a bbq on labor day and it occurred to me that there is not one member who does not possess an outrageous sense of humor. The neighbors have all commented on the peals of laughter coming from my back yard!!

Perspective

When iris eyes are smiling....the whole world smiles with you!! I wonder when summer will get here?

Some bikes belonging to a couple of friends....Harleys of course. Such beautiful and expensive junk! I've been shooting in manual mode in an attempt to better understand my camera. It's gratifying when the pictures come out ok.

The ride for dad took off from the Aud this morning. 1100 bikes, mostly Harleys, are taking part in a fund raiser for prostate cancer research. You can not imagine the sound!!

Mint tulip julep

This poor tulip was at the end of it's beauty cycle and in a fit of pique, whatever the hell that means, decided to upend itself and drown in one of my favorite tumblers. It looks appetizing enough but the smell is awful!!

Just got back from an extended visit in Wonderland. There isn't a lot to do and the pictures came out all fuzzy....the only memento I have is the waskely wabbit that led me down the big hole in the first place. Gorging himself with tea and cakes really slowed the little bugger down...I found him asleep...so I thought to myself...in a fake British accent... "hmmm...fkia old boy...... wouldn't that rabbit look rather swish down by the pond!...yes I replied...yes it would".

Just because!!

This was taken last year at Marsha's 55th birthday....I guess that means she is turning 56 this weekend! Party on!!!
