There are no programs for doggie drunks, as far as I know, which seems ridiculous in a fatcat society resplendent with all kinds of shrinks for dogs. I mean, if they get depressed they can get help for it, but if they act on that depression, and become drunks, society just tosses them aside.....sorry pal....tough shiite. Sad really.
