So, there I am minding my own business, sitting in my office, doing the NYT crossword when this squirrel jumps up on the window and starts licking the screen. This went on for quite some time....maybe five minutes.....before I went and grabbed the camera to get a shot. The little bugger was not shy in the least and kept right on going. Why would a squirrel lick a window screen with such industry and for so long.....anybody?

It's in love. Probably is tasting it before he chomps a hole in it so it can come in for the winter.
Interesting...I've never seen a squirrel lick anything...maybe they lick each other...in private.
