Urban art installation.....I'd like to find the bonehead who so nonchalantly dropped this refuse on the ground and dump 50 pounds of regurgitated Cheetos on his or her head!!
Ease up, Dave. You'll give yourself a heart attack. It was probably some poor shmuck who doesn't know any better, or it was dropped by mistake. I bet you left it where it was, though.
